Teresa Silva(she/her)

is an energy practitioner and healer based in Oakland, California. She was attuned as an Usui Reiki Master in 2020 and received the Munay Ki Harmony Rite in 2024. She is a longtime care worker and chef; her healing practice includes knowledge gained from those previous experiences as well as ancestral indigenous healing ways. Some earthly joys are cooking a feast for loved ones, sunsets, lychees, and exploring a new city. She mourns the Oakland A's and long-gone Bay Area restaurants such as Banchero's and Trou Normand. She is a Cancer sun/moon/venus, Virgo rising, and a starseed from the Andromeda Galaxy grounded here to assist in bringing humanity back into right relationship with themselves and the earth.
